Background[]
Once a Crossbell Times journalist, Mracel became famous for his coverage story of the Hundred Days War in November, SC1192, which won him the Fulitzer Prize as the cost of his sight. But the lost of his sight doesn't deter his reporter's sense of intuition and information gathering.
Marcel was also an old acquaintance of Guy Bannings, being his trustworthy informant. After Guy's death, he strongly took the case to unravel the mystery behind his death, a being of assistance to Guy's little brother, Lloyd on the investigation.
